Talent Acquisition Intern  

Location: Coimbatore – Onsite
Duration: 3–6 Months 

About the Role 

We’re not looking for someone to “assist” recruitment—we’re looking for someone who wants to own hiring outcomes. 
 
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to build pipelines, close roles, and shape how we hire. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where speed, ownership, and execution matter more than titles. 

What You’ll Own 

  • Drive end-to-end candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative channels 
  • Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline 
  • Own resume screening and candidate outreach 
  • Coordinate and drive interview closures 
  • Ensure fast turnaround times 
  • Maintain ATS/hiring tracker 
  • Follow up persistently with stakeholders 
  • Support offer rollout and closures 
  • Experiment with new sourcing strategies 
  • Improve hiring processes and candidate experience 

What We’re Looking For 

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field 
  • Proactive, self-driven mindset 
  • Strong communication and inter-personal skills 
  • Ability to work independently 
  • Comfortable with ambiguity 
  • Interest in recruitment 
  • Understanding of IT services, cyber security and infrastructure domain is a plus 
  • LinkedIn sourcing knowledge is a plus
