Talent Acquisition Intern
Location: Coimbatore – Onsite
Duration: 3–6 Months

We’re not looking for someone to “assist” recruitment—we’re looking for someone who wants to own hiring outcomes.
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to build pipelines, close roles, and shape how we hire. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where speed, ownership, and execution matter more than titles.
What You’ll Own
- Drive end-to-end candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative channels
- Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline
- Own resume screening and candidate outreach
- Coordinate and drive interview closures
- Ensure fast turnaround times
- Maintain ATS/hiring tracker
- Follow up persistently with stakeholders
- Support offer rollout and closures
- Experiment with new sourcing strategies
- Improve hiring processes and candidate experience
What We’re Looking For
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Proactive, self-driven mindset
- Strong communication and inter-personal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Interest in recruitment
- Understanding of IT services, cyber security and infrastructure domain is a plus
- LinkedIn sourcing knowledge is a plus
